What the Beam Turned Up for Real Clients

My driver had been feeling heavy in transition for a year and I assumed it was just me getting older. Turned out the shaft they sold me three years back ran nine grams over what my swing actually wanted. Swapped it, and the head speed came back without me changing anything.
I brought in a putter I’d had since college convinced it was just a bad putting week, every week. Toe hang was almost neutral against a stroke that arcs hard. New head, same length, and I stopped fighting the face at impact.
Wedge fitting happened on actual grass, which I did not expect walking in. They watched two sole grinds dig differently out of the same lie and explained why before I even asked. Left with a combination I would never have picked off a rack.
Wanted to know if my hybrid was actually helping or just filling a gap on the yardage chart. Beam reading showed it running two full points lighter than my irons, which explained why it always felt like a different club instead of a bridge between them.
Came in for a recheck, not expecting much, and found out three grips had hardened enough over one summer to change how the whole set played. Cheapest appointment I have booked anywhere and probably the one that mattered most.
Full bag rebalance took most of an afternoon and I will admit I was skeptical it needed to take that long. Left with a spec sheet I still keep in my bag, and every club finally feels like it belongs to the same set instead of fourteen separate decisions.
